This program combines Naturopathy practices (massage & mud therapies),Yogasanas and Outdoor Activities (Kayaking, Cycling, Trekking). These two yoginis who also hold a degree in Naturopathy have been conducting yoga and detoxification classes known as “Anantha Yog Studio” since quite some time now. They have come up with a distinctive program which promises a life enriching experience while taking care of one’s health and emotional well being. It does not only focus on weight loss but also helps in aligning one’s body and soul.
